All content on CalcHero — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, code, and written content — is the property of Orion Forge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this service without prior written consent from Orion Forge.

You are permitted to share links to CalcHero pages and to use calculation results for personal or professional purposes.

CalcHero does not collect, store, or transmit any calculation inputs. All computation occurs locally in your browser.

We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymous, aggregated page view data — such as which calculator pages are visited — to help improve the service. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

The Currency Converter fetches live exchange rates from a third-party API (open.er-api.com). This request does not include any user data beyond a standard HTTP request.

CalcHero may contain links to third-party websites (such as Converthor and TextUtils). These sites operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Orion Forge is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

The Currency Converter relies on a third-party exchange rate provider. CalcHero cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of that data.

You agree not to use CalcHero to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service in a manner that places undue load on our infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks associated with the service.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Continued use of CalcHero after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
